Gluten free fresh ground organic almonds make these chewy  stick cookies a favorite of our trolls.  They make great stocking stuffers or add them to a gift basket  or in your own pockets LOL. The same speciality old world tradinational dough that we use to make our authentic Kransekake with is used to make these delicious crunchy and oh so chewy morsels of almondness. They are the about 4" long and 1/2" in thickness which or several minutes of bite and chew and bite and chew goodness from one.
