Our chef-baker is of Nordic descent. Family recipes & styles of cooking & baking were learned hands on from Mom, mormor, farmor, and others during holidays. A true chef tweaks and often creates their own signature style and dishes. The chefs creations have the bonus of kitchen witches help, as they watch over, and add their own special magic to our unique offerings. Last all are first given the hammer of approval from our Viking co-founders Lars & Sven. All cookies are selectively approved by Drakkar their pet dragon.
