Scandinavian holidays require a minimum of seven types of cookies plus other treats. A Smorgasbord would not be complete without a large selection of Drommar, Krumkake, Sugar Spritz, Berlinkranser, Pepparkakor, & Sandbakkelse to name a few. We make ours using fresh ground spices, natural butter, Hornsalt, and baked like farmor taught me.

*Unfortunately Sandbakkelse and Pepparkakor when made correctly would not ship without breaking up into crumbs or almost crumbs. We have chosen to make the Pepparkakor a thicker due to this so they can survive getting to you. We tried different ways of packing the Sand cookies but to no avail. Due to this we no longer offer them here. And Krumkake well it goes without saying they live up to their name and arrived as krums LOL so we no longer offer them either.
