Nordic Bakery - we bake authentic Scandinavian & Old Norse bread, rolls, cake, pastry, danishes, & cookies. We use only all natural local farm fresh organic ingredients with no preservatives or products from Scandinavia. Our Danish, Estonian, Finnish, Icelandic, Norwegian, and Swedish baked goods are made from scratch. We bake some items seasonally but can bake special orders anytime including items that may not be show or listed on our online store. Please just ask. Also in different countries, or in different parts of the same country, often something is called another name or is baked with local customs in mind. We will work with you to arrive at what you were thinking of or remembered. We use local ingredients and farms for some items and only use items from Scandinavian countries for others to achieve the best tasting and healthiest authentic baked goods for you.
